16 Early Yachting Photos, Maine, Boston, 1900, Portland? Shipping

Description

16 snapshots, each 4 3/4" x 3 3/4", of yachts and other early shipping vessels.  Found in an album with photos from West Quoddy Head lighthouse in Maine to Boston.  Awfully rocky beaches, so perhaps Portland, Maine?  Several photos in the album had a 1900 Boston calendar on the wall.  Listing the lighthouse photos separately.  A couple of the photos look to be of a thunder hole, where a dike in the rocky beach has weathered away.  Perhaps that will help identify the location.  Photos on that very thin paper popular around 1890-1910.  There is nothing on the backs but some penciled numbers.
