    1894 Signed Appointment of Capt E. Wagner as Manager and Capt. of the Schooner Lottie V.
    Schooner Lottie V was built in 1883 in Portsmouth, Va and had a Home Port of Norfolk, Va. She was 50 ft. Long, 13 ft. in Breadth and 3 ft. in depth, tonnage 11. She carried lumber quite often.
    William Saunders was a steamboat agent in Capeville, Virginia in 1880. Later, he was a fruit merchant in New Jersey and settled in the Norfolk, Newport News area as a Commercial Merchant.
    J.B. Wright, who had been relieved of command of the schooner Lottie V, was a steamboat engineer by trade.
