There seems to be a mistake on the slab. It appears that the reverse, not the obverse, has been cleaned. This is an interesting slab with what appears to be a grading error. It is also a better date coin. Note that grading, even of certified coins, is subjective. Please refer to the photos and judge the coin accordingly.
