    This is the type of coin that would be sold in the 1970s as a Superb Gem BU.  The toning was expertly added with meticulous detail.  So many gorgeous colors.  A borderline BU (slider) coin like this was coveted by mail order dealers who, before the days of certification, would grade this piece as GEM uncirculated.
