At times, scans tend to dull the look and details can be flattened. Judge for yourself and bid accordingly.
eBay has 5 accepted companies for Graded Coins: ANACS, ICG, NGC, PMG & PCGS.
Of the 5 companies, PCGS Web Site has an area showing the different Grades of coins with Pictures.
There is also an APP that you can download to your iPhone and iPad.
