    Description

This is 2 1/16" pin badge from the 1926 Philadelphia Sesqui-Centennial. The participant wearer was a member of the Festival Chorus. The name hand written on it is Adiel Martin Stern, a member of The West Philadelphia Chorus.
The man, Adiel, is a noted architect, having designed a number of buildings, some of them still existing churches, around the country. He is listed at philadelphiabuildings.org, ancestry.com, and other sites. He was also a published photographer. Google can tell you all about him.
If there's a flaw, or flaws, with this badge we're doing our best to explain it and show it. While a flaw (or flaws) may not be mentioned in the text description, it (they) will surely be visible in the photos. Make sure to see all the photos that ebay shows at the top of the auction.
Please do not hesitate to ask questions or to request better pics of something in particular.
Shipping will be USPS First Class. It will be in a zip bag in the package as an extra precaution from the elements.
