    Rare 1950s Western style neck tie. Tag reads Western Neckwear by Ray Smoot Los Angeles, California. 80% Acetate 20% Polyester. Popular costume staple for Hollywood Western Stars in the 1940s and 1950s. Ray Smoot Western ties were worn by the likes of Roy Rogers and Clayton Moore as the Lone Ranger. The white portion of the tie has some faint pink color bleed and a few faint spots. Otherwise great vintage condition.
