HARD TO FIND ORIGINAL CLASSIC CAR & TRUCK PARTS
It looks like this wheel received a pretty nice amateur restoration, it does still have some cracks in the rim that you may or may not want to address.  It presents very nicely, the chrome and the trim look like nice originals.  This came off of a Caprice but will work on many GM cars with a change of the horn cap.
