1971-76 IH Scout II Original OEM Vintage Steering Wheel - Red, Light Wear
This is a nice original three-spoke steering wheel for a 1971 to 1976 IH Scout II.  I ended up going with a redone black one, so this is a spare for me.  This is just the wheel doesn't have any of the horn wires or center emblem.
Condition-wise, this one needs some love, but is in pretty good shape overall.  There are a few hairline cracks at the joints, but it's solid.  Nothing deep or rotted through.  Pretty straight forward, what you see is what you get here.  See pics for further condition details.  Will make a great addition to your Scout II build.
