1984 NEW ORLEANS EXPOSITION MASCOT
OFFERED FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION IS AN 18" FELT CUT OUT OF SEYMOUR D. FAIR PELICAN WHO WAS THE MASCOT OF THE 1984 NEW ORLEANS LOUISIANA WORLD EXPOSITION. HE IS USED AND NOT PERFECT, BUT IS PRETTY HARD TO FIND AND MAKES A NICE DISPLAY. I HAVE PICTURED FLAWS SO PLEASE VIEW ALL PHOTOS AS THEY ARE PART OF DESCRIPTION. HE HAS A COUPLE OF SMALL HOLES IN BEAK PROBABLY WHERE HE WAS PINNED OR TACKED TO WALL. HE ALSO HAS SOME OVERALL CREASES AND BACK OF HIM HAS SOME AGE STAINS. MEASUREMENTS ARE APPROXIMATELY 18" IN HEIGHT AND 10.5" IN WIDTH AT WIDEST POINT. HE IS A GREAT HARD TO FIND COLLECTIBLE OF THE 1984 WORLD FAIR.
