Smiles on the seals' faces. c. 1998 by House of Lloyd's Christmas Around the World Series celebrating life's little moments. About 7" tall to top of metal hook x 7.25" long x 4.5" wide. No cracks or chips. I do not know what the metal hook is for other than perhaps to hang a small ornament from its end
