Peel Stop Triple Thick Primer is a high performance, water-based binding primer designed to coat directly over peeling paint to lock down the surface and create a smooth finish. Peel Stop Triple Thick features excellent flexibility to allow for natural expansion and contraction, and seals cracked, weathered, and peeling surfaces to prepare for topcoat. Apply with a synthetic brush, roller, or airless sprayer on indoor or outdoor surfaces for the ultimate finish.
