Obverse: In the center of the coin is outlined the museum house where the Assembly of the Albanian League of Prizren was held, intertwined with the stylized nominal value "50 Lekë". To the left and right of the coin there are two plates, which divide it symmetrically. The years "1878" and "2013" are written on them in relief. "135th ANNIVERSARY OF THE ALBANIAN LEAGUE OF PRIZREN" is written on the entire bow of the coin.
Reverse: The Kastriot eagle is outlined in the center of the coin. Below it is placed a stylized eagle in modern style. On the arch is written "SHQIPËRI-ALBANIA" and the year "2013".
