Retainer. I'm including an old Steering Wheel Skirt for purposes of securing the hardware to the wheel. You may want to find another skirt that matches your interior because it has a cosmetic crack. Also included are photocopies of the steering column & horn button diagrams from an 83 Jeep Tech Manual.
Steering Wheel is in Excellent Condition & has been in
DRY STORAGE for past 19 years
