ANTIQUE 1906 P.O.P. KANSAS CITY CELEBRATION CLOISONNE TRAY FLORAL PATTERN

For your consideration is a 1906 P.O.P Kansas City Cloisonne Souvenir Small Tray.
Apparently P.O.P. was a yearly celebration which you could compare to Mardi-Gras.
There are a few cracks, located at the top of the tray - as shown in the photos.
Measures approximately 7" x 5 1/2".
