Antique English Silk Tea Cozy 'My Lady's Garden' Hand Painted TLC

This tea cozy is charming despite its obvious flaws. The material is silk. The pictures I believe are hand painted maybe on a stencil. One side of the cozy does have some thin splits in the silk and the other side a much better. The stuffing I believe to be sheep.  Although the bottom has torn away, this was much too beautiful to discard and can easily be situated as a decorative piece for the right home.
