Pope Pius X Badge silver gilt with red and white enamels, oval shield in the center inscribed "PIVS PP X", mounted by the Pope's crown, the oval shield backed by the Vatican crossed keys, backing marked 900, button hole attachment, intact enamels, some gilt wear, in its original leather case.
Purchased from a local Dayton, Ohio estate. This is all the history I have,
