The Pond Company is choosing to add the California- mandated Proposition 65 warning to Aquascape fish food. This food DOES NOT contain any of the ingedients on the CA website.  Aquascape only uses lab tested,safe ingredients approved by the AAFCO, the US Government agency responsible for approving pet food ingredients.  This could pertain to the bag the food is stored in or the ziplock feature or even the cardboard shipping box and the packaging tape used to get this product to CA residence. We are shielding ourselves and our company from any legal challenges that could arise.
Return Policy
We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by providing top quality products by Aquascape Inc.  All returned merchandise must be unused and in the original condition and packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns are paid by the consumer and are non-refundable. Your receipt must be with the product to receive credit or payment returned.  If it is a warranty claim, all product will be tested first before a refund or replacement product is sent.  (Replacement product is the exact same item; no up-grades or down-grades)
