Atlanta Expo 1895 Medallion Cover with Super Rare Bomar 95-02 Exposition postmark. Only 5 known. This one on a Medallion cover roughly opened on the right side. The purple postmark is a double circle marking applied in the Railway Post Office Car in the Transportation Building .
This postmark is dated September 23, 1895 five days after the exposition opened in Piedmont Park. A separate Negative E cork killer in black ink cancels the 2 cents Washington stamp. Addressed to Ohio.
