BARTH STUDIO DELUXE MODEL 958 Vintage Tube Combo Amp RARE!!!
A very rare guitar amp from 1959. Paul Barth was involved with many guitar companies including Rickenbacker, Magnatone, National, and others. He also built a few instruments and amps under his own brand name in California, of which this is one. It is essentially a very early Magnatone amp, somewhat like a Fender Princeton.
The only controls are volume and tone.
The amp is in used condition with some cosmetic wear from all these years. There are spots of discoloration, and some stains on the grille, some tears, peeling, scuffs, some corrosion on the metal parts. The handle is very worn and you may need or want to replaced, but otherwise the amp is all original and in beautiful shape. The amp was tested and it is still in working order,
although it was not tested
extensively
it worked good for the time it was tested.
Keep in mind that it is a tube amp and as

said before all looks original and

don't
know how much life they have in them.

The amp definitely needs work and cleaning to be restored to its original condition.
