Up for auction are two pairs of vintage Shoulder Loops Scouting program 1980/1990.
They are as follows: 1-Pair of National Level Shoulder Loops, gold; 1-Pair of Local (council) Level Shoulder Loops. silver (In original Packet). The Shoulder Loops appear new, and will make great additions to any Scout collection.
