No Returns:
Due the used nature of the merchandise that I sell, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges will only be authorized for items that were grossly misrepresented (
proven by eBay
) or if the wrong item was sent to you by accident. Otherwise my no return policy stands. Please make sure the item is what you want before committing to buy.
Order Cancellation:
Any order you wish to cancel must be done before the order is processed with USPS.
I will not grant any cancellation request once I have processed the order with the shipping carrier, and/or once the package is in the possession of USPS.
Shipping:
I have a two business day handling time, however most orders ship within 24 hours of cleared payment (Monday-through-Friday). Orders placed on Fridays after 10am Pacific Time will ship the following Monday, or the next business day after a holiday. Some Saturday shipping exceptions will be only for items that fit in my own mail box.
All orders (
including media items
) are shipped via USPS Priority or First Class Mail. I do not use UPS or FedEx.
As of February 1, 2022 I no longer use, nor will I offer USPS Media Mail to buyers due to the constant-continuing problems and the excessively slow nature of this service.
Best Offer:
If best offer is available, please understand that I have eBay's auto-decline feature enabled on all such listings. This is only to filter out persons submitting ridiculous (low-ball) offers of the item. I have prices set at what I believe to be fair (
usually based on an average of similar listings
), so if your offer was auto-declined, just re-submit a higher offer, or send me a message. Communication goes a long way in negotiating, and “low ballers” will only be added to my blocked list.
Local Pickup Only:
Has it implies, this means the listed item is available for person-to-person pickup only in Pahrump, Nevada, or the surrounding areas of Las Vegas, Beatty, Amragosa, or Tecopa, etc. These items are usually too heavy/or bulky to ship reasonably, or might be an item on consignment. Any messages from out of State eBay members inquiring about, or asking for a shipping quote will be disregarded and discarded. If you are local, and wish to arrange viewing or pickup, please message me.
