Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return a product please contact us within 30 days for an RMA number. If the product is defective or damaged during shipping to you we will replace the product. You will be responsible for all international shipping charges and custom fees. If you simply do not like the product a 15% restocking charge will be assessed and you will be responsible for return shipping and reimbursement of free shipping. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition. You will be responsible for any damages not reported when requesting the RMA.
