We offer for sale a RARE VINTAGE TIN LITHOGRAPHED '
SPACE SHIP X-52' TOY with 3 ASTRONAUTS made in GREECE
by the superb toy maker
ANANIAS ANANIADES circa 1970's.
As you can see in the photos this NICE 'SPACE SHIP X-52' SPACE CAPSULE is made of tin and plastic. The upper part is made of beautiful lithographed tinplate which comes in good condition, considering the age of the toy. All writings and illustrations around the tinplate are clean and clear with fine vivid colors. Only some natural tin wear due to age. The 3 ASTRONAUTS inside the transparent domed capsule and the components in it seem to be in good place and condition. Please notice that the transparent dome has some schatches-like (plastic wear) around.
The UNDER PART of the spaceship is made of good quality plastic in blue colour. All WHEELS and switches underneath come in good place and condition. The BATTERY CASE is CLEAN. The spaceship you are looking at comes from a personal collection of tin lithographed toys. It has been tested and does NOT seem to operate. Please check the photos well to see markings of authenticity and details over its state.

(AA stands for Anananias Ananiades, one of the greatest and most important toy makers in Greece in the 19th and 20th century)
