    Description

    i don't know what this is all about but may be an important letter from 1903 . I can't make it all out but im sure someone can read this better than me. I googled shamrock and found it to be early maritime. I'm guessing this is either sent to an important person at the time or received by someone high up at the racing club? I found this behind the frame when i checked to see the date of the basketball players. This frame is next on my ebay site and is from 1919-20.   It also has the photo of i'm guessing either one of the two. ? Unearthed unknown history of the shamrock racing club back at the turn of the century. should be in a museum? one is Bernard Goodwin and i can't figure out the other ?
