This HMS Victory Ship Model 1805 is made from individual wooden planks and high quality cherry wood & brass metal, are similar to the building of actual ships. There are three stump masts and two rows of ferocious metal cannons on each side of the ship. This warship is richly decorated, executed handmade from Cherry wood to a very high standard and nameplate.

Gun ports cut directly into the hull, not stuck on. All decorative details – cannons, anchors and decorative linings are bronze -sculpted for the vintage, antique look. Deck features help to add attention to detail with realistic extras such as lifeboats and steering wheel are included. The sails and ropes of the HMS Victory wooden scale model ship are made of linen. No plastic used.

HMS Victory was the largest Royal Naval vessel ever commissioned with more than 2000 oak trees used for constructing her hull, three masts, and three decks.

The ship had 104 guns, 27 miles of rigging and four acres of sail. Quickly proving successful, Victory could sail faster than many of its smaller consorts, thanks to the excellent design of the underwater hull.
When war broke out against Napoleon’s armies in 1803, HMS Victory was Lord Nelson's flagship in his victory at the Battle of Trafalgar on 21 October 1805.
