Clipboard Sets
Monster Book Set - 10.5" x 9"; Includes the fuzzy monster binder, 2 mini blank paged drawing books, 1 large notepad (attached to the binder), 3 pencils & 3 monster erasers; All of the items other than the large notepad fit into a zipper case for storage.  The set is in excellent, preowned condition.  My daughter always took great care of her toys/items while growing up.  After careful examination of the items, the following are the details that I could gather: all 3 of the paper pads have been used, 2 of the pencils have been used, but I do not think the erasers were ever used.
Clipboard Set - 10" x 7" Includes the storage clipboard, 3 sticker rolls, 1 sticker sheet w/8 stickers, 6 mini markers, 1 sketch book & 1 sticker book; The set is in great, preowned condition.  None of the stickers on the rolls or sheet have been removed, I do not think the sketch or sticker book were ever used, I tested the markers and some of them are very weak (which is why I labeled this set as in great condition).
