Description

Please email with any questions. Set of twelve different Pepsi Cola print ads to be run in magazines and newspapers throughout the year of 1958. These are printed in full color on both sides of six 9" by 12" heavy paper sheets with a glossy finish. The set came from the Macon, Georgia Pepsi Cola Bottling Plant after it was closed. The Pepsi Corporation would send out their advertising campaigns to bottlers across the country- each of these ads were available for newspaper use locally and would correspond with the ads in the monthly magazines. The "Light Refreshment" was the theme of this campaign emphasizing "slim and trim" women in seasonal situations. They must have been destined for a ring binder since each of the six pages has three punch holes along the side. There is some slight damage to the lower corner of each page where they must have been stuck together at one time but the damage does not affect much of the ad images. Some slight spotting on the March/April sheet.
