They are made of plastic and die-cast metal (mixed), pre-painted, and can be attached to their stand.

I only ship to addresses in the United States and this item can be shipped via priority mail with the USPS or Federal Express.  I have entered my shipping address into eBay's calculator, and it will provide the shipping cost for you.
Alternatively, I can do local pickup within my region, but would ask that we meet on a weekend.
