Include : box , alien , mad scientist , 12 alien organs , plastic scalpel ( look at the picture for condition ) , operating mat , alien body bag , journal of mad experiments comics with instructions.
Ps: Mat and some parts are a little sticky probably from the slam before but everything is plastic and can be clean .
