All interesting facts.  A really cool item to have in your vintage yacht or boat or vintage boating collections.
The book is in great condition for being 85 years old.  Does not have any rips, tears and spine is still tight.  Edges are lightly frayed.  Does not have any musty smells.  One mark on the front lower right that is a stain, or part of the picture, I can't tell for sure.   32 pages, flag charts in color, most other pictures in black in white.  Cover is soft.   Upper left corner has a factory made hole for hanging.
From a non-smoking home and always kept in a temperature controlled, dry environment.
