BE AWARE that Piher resistors exists in 2 shapes:
'60 type with more rounded end (1rst pic), and '70 type with more sharper end (2nd pic)
The resistors you'll receive are subject to availability of the 2 types
For sale is a complete Marshall 1987 version JTM45 resistor set, assembled with original 1960/70 era Piher 1/2W and 2W (5% otherwise stated)
Beyond the list there is an extra 47K resistor if you prefer it in feedback instead the 27K
The set include 29 1/2W resistors and the expensive 10K 2W  filter resistors, as well the optional 1K 5W wirewound screen grid resistors for the EL84
The reference is the schematic drawn by Joe Piazza (in the pics)
