Manual has been folded in half length wise and width wise resulting in vertical and horizontal creasing. Manual is well used and shows it with wear and staining on every page. Last three pages have a 1 1/2 inch tear at top left of pages. Back cover has heaviest staining.
Still complete and very usable.
