    Description

    This tie was my father's wedding tie when my parents "tied" the knot on June 14, 1945.  It has a brown and maroon leaf pattern on a beige background.
    The fabric is Yellowstone Prints by Raxon; the tie was made by Wilson Brothers, and sold by Gravins in Rochester, New York.  I am not certain of the material, probably silk or rayon.  Width is 3 3/4"; length is about 49".  It has normal, vintage used wear with no tears or holes.
