School Sale of Dixon's Mickey Mouse pencil boxes. The card is the size of a standard postcard – 5 1/2” by 3 1/2”. The empty part of the front with the image of Mickey was probably where a store would stamp their name & location & perhaps the date of the sale. The blank back was where the store put the name & address of the intended recipient. Marked copyright Walt Disney. The Dixon name does not appear on the card but they were the only company making a MM pencil box in the 1930s. Unused, outstanding condition. I've never seen another one
