Description
A Naval Cover displaying a Welcome to Norfolk Cachet for the Netherlands Minelayer, Willem Van Der Zaan. Cacheted by the Van Der Zaan and  cancelled on board the USS Charles P. Cecil  (DD-835). Dated 23 February, 1953. Cover is in excellent condition.
