Description
A Naval Cover displaying a Welcome to Norfolk Cachet for the Colombian Destroyer, Caldas. Cacheted by the Caldas and  cancelled on board the USS Laffey (DD-724). Dated 25 September, 1955. Cover is in excellent condition.
