Description
A Naval Cover displaying a Welcome to Norfolk Cachet for the Canadian Destroyer Escort, HMCS Assiniboine. Cacheted by the Assiniboine and cancelled on board the USS Belknap (DLG-26). Dated 14 April, 1969. Cover is in excellent condition.
