Description
Please note: The pictures above show completed work I've done in January 2018 on building a 1970 Corvette tilt tele column that the customer wanted NCRS correct.. The one for sale will be restored to similar condition in YOUR COLOR.This column will be correct for 1974 Corvette. The column will have the correct "lock" logo, the tulip hazard button, and correct tilt and tele levers for your year. A set of correct GM key blanks for your year will be cut to your existing key(if provided for match).
The column comes with all parts, and all mechanical portions of the column will be refurbished. Any new parts needed will be provided.
I am meticulous as far as cosmetic issues, and spend a lot of time making sure the upper painted surfaces are excellent, and use the correct color code Corvette paint.
I have reproduced the factory stickers that were originally on the column per the NCRS judging manual. I do not bead blast or sandblast the main shaft as I see elsewhere, as the shaft should have the zinc phosphate coating on it which I do my best to preserve.
Please allow approximately 4 weeks to build you your column. Ship
ping is to lower 48 states USA. Other areas will be quoted.
Thanks,
Greg
