This is a brand new 1" oval nickel silver medal from Italy with the image of "Nuestra Senora de Altagracia, which translates to "Our Lady of High Graces".  She is the protectress or patroness of the island of Hispaniola and very popular in the Dominican Republic.
Medal comes on a 24" continuous stainless steel chain, which has no clasp.  You slip it over your head - it fits over most size heads.
Comes gift boxed and with an Our Lady of Altagracia prayer card plus a gift bag and tissue paper for wrapping.  We also include several other prayer cards, of our choice, however if you have any favorite saints or devotions, send me a message when you purchase, and I will include those cards if I have them.
