This 1-Gallon Mold Killing Primer (Case of 2) is a water-based fungicidal protective coating that you can use to paint over and kill all existing mold, mildew, moss, fungi, odor-causing bacteria and any other fungal organisms. It contains an EPA-registered antimicrobial to prevent the growth of mold, mildew and other fungal organisms on the paint film. Use it on non-porous interior and exterior surfaces, including bathrooms, basements, window frames, office buildings and factories.
