Rare SAM ASH UNIVOX U1096 100W Master P.A. 5ch Tube Hybrid Bass Guitar Amplifier

Presenting Rare SAM ASH / UNIVOX U1096 100W Master P.A. 5 Channel Tube Hybrid Bass Guitar Amplifier.
Not working. We checked the innards and one of the 2  large ceramic resistors was cracked. So didnt test further. I do have 2 new ceramic resistors to include and a new 3 way power / standby switch that needs to be replaced.
Its a hybrid with 100 tube amp that uses (4) 6L6CG tubes and a 12AX7 driver.
Solid State preamp.There is a Monster Power transformer onboard.
Some have bypassed the onboard preamp and added a preamp input  to use a preamp of choice.
Variable Impedence switch. 2/4/8 ohms
There are attached cables to hook up a reverb tank. The tank was originally installed up in the original cabinet.
Not sure of condition of tubes... I may have a NOS set of 6L6 tubes to include.
SAM ASH outsourced these from Univox.
