    Nice antique little french religious medal ( ref M ),
    signed Louis Octave Mattei and Adolphe Penin, from early XXTHc, Art Nouveau, made of sterling silver,
    with a portrait of the Virgin on the obverse and the miraculous grotto of Lourdes on the reverse side.
