The signature reads "Best Wishes, Tom Baker"
This photo measures 10x8 and is an original press still from the 80s; This is a really nice item and is mint condition;

This is in mint condition, despite the age there is no yellowing, or discolouring on the photo and no fading on the very legible signature;
