    Description

    An Official Penalty cover hand cancelled with the US Navy's Type Z cancel on Jul 15, 1944on Feb 29, 1944 from Navy 922 which was located at Algiers Algeria.
    The rear flap is sealed. The cover was slit open across the top. There are no postal markings on the back.
