    Description

    A USS Decatur Chap., USCS (uscs.org) printed cacheted cover for the Keel Laying of the US Navy nuclear powered aircraft carrier USS UNITED STATES. The cover was hand cancelled at Newport News on Nov 29, 1993.
    The ship was later re-named USS HARRY S TRUMAN.
    The rear flap is not sealed. There are no postal markings on the back.
