Very Old Antique Catholic Jesus Mary Religious Medal 9k Gold?

Very old religious medal. On one side it has Jesus and reads “Cor jesu sacratissimum m.n. apostolado de la oración”, and on the other side it has Mary with child and reads “Cor mariae imma ulatum ora pro nobis”. It is black with patina. I cleaned it up slightly just to reveal the high points so you could see the design, but I didn’t go any further than that. It looks like gold but I couldn’t find a mark on it so I tested it. It does react to 14k acid, but only very slightly reacts to 10k with a very slight darkening of the metal but no corrosion. So I THINK it is 9k. It weighs 12.3 grams. The high points are wearing smooth and the details are not crisp. Like I said before, it needs a serious cleaning. A very rare, old, awesome piece.
