These amps sound really good! They rarely pop up for sale .
The amp features two channels, One with tremolo. The amp gives you a great clean tone and when you turn it up it gives you a white stripes type overdrive distortion.... Very nice!
The amp works well with no issues. It has recently had a full service. All the electrolytic capacitors were replaced, The amp got a new 3 prong power cord for safety and it received a new quad of matched 6L6 power tubes.
The speaker cab has a unique setup... one 15" speaker and two 10" speakers. The two 10" speakers are new Jensen C10Q speakers and the 15" speaker is a Vintage Altec 418B. A really neat setup which gives you some nice high end from the 10" speakers and a balanced bass tone from the 15" speaker.
Cosmetically the amp shows some normal wear for the age but still looks really good. Please see pictures for details on cosmetics.
The amp is great! Even comes with the original footswitch.
