This card was purchased in Amsterdam, Netherlands, by my friend, Lotje. She scours all the great cities of Europe for unusual and beautiful vintage and antique postcards.  This postcard was shipped from The Netherlands to the USA by Lotje.
On the front of this lovely old postcard is the portrait of a gorgeous Afghan Hound.   On the back is a handwritten message in Dutch and an address in the Netherlands.
Also on the back is the manufacture's message that indicates that the postcard was originally published in Germany by the Krüger Co.
Measurements are approximately 4" x 5.75"
so this is an oversize postcard.  Aside from a few signs of surface wear (mostly around the periphery),  this postcard is still easy to see and appreciate!
