Vintage Hand Made Carved Footed RoseWood Ebony Hard Wood Bowl Bali / African

Description

This listing is for a Very Unique Vintage Hand Made Carved Footed Rose Wood or Ebony or other Hard Wood almost stone like Bowl ,  possibly either Bali ( Balinese  / Indonesian or African in origin , about 3 1/8 inches tall , 3 9 /16 inches widest diameter , weighing 282 grams, with outer wall hand carved in plants motifs., and signed / inscribed with an "R" on the interior.
The bottom is convex. The upper section ( the walls ) seem to be a separate piece (s) adhered to base , so seem the legs. I give more weight to it being Balinese .
If you know what kind of wood this is , or if you have more information about this item , please let me know.
In excellent vintage as shown condition .
